By accessing or using the Adweaver platform operated by Wove Digital Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Adweaver is an AI-powered marketing platform that generates ad copy, keyword research, audience personas, and search term analyses. The service is provided via a web dashboard and Slack integration.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate misleading, deceptive, or illegal advertising content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service beyond official APIs.
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Adweaver is created using artificial intelligence and is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you generate using the platform. The Adweaver platform, including its design, code, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of Wove Digital Ltd.

7. Billing & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of a billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wove Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
