1. Introduction

Wove Digital Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Adweaver platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and workspace details provided through Slack or direct sign-up.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including features used, campaigns generated, and timestamps.
  • Integration Data: When you connect third-party accounts (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sheets), we store encrypted OAuth tokens and retrieve data necessary to provide enhanced features.
  • Generated Content: Ad copy, keywords, personas, and search term analyses created through the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Adweaver platform
  • Generate AI-powered marketing content based on your inputs
  • Process billing and manage your subscription
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Monitor usage for security and abuse prevention

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure in the EU (Stockholm, eu-north-1). Integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256-CBC. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers our AI content generation. Your prompts and business context are sent to generate content.
  • Google APIs: When connected, we access Google Ads, Analytics, and Sheets data to enhance features.
  • Slack: Enables workspace integration and slash-command interactions.
  • Stripe: Handles payment processing. We do not store full payment card details.
  • PostHog: Product analytics, session replay and error monitoring. Data is processed and stored on PostHog’s EU Cloud (Frankfurt). See section 6 for exactly what is collected.

6. Product Analytics & Session Replay

We use PostHog to understand how the product is used, so we can find where people get stuck and fix it. PostHog is configured to process and store this data on its EU Cloud infrastructure, and analytics requests are served from our own domain rather than a third-party one.

What we collect:

  • Page views and interactions: Which pages you open, which controls you click, and standard technical details such as browser, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and referring page.
  • Session recordings: A replay of how the interface behaved during your visit. The contents of every input field are masked before the recording leaves your browser — we never see what you typed, and passwords and access tokens are never recorded.
  • Error reports: Unhandled errors, with the technical stack trace needed to diagnose them.
  • Who you are: Your internal user identifier, and your workspace’s identifier, name, role and plan. We do not send your name or email address to PostHog.
  • What is excluded: Your conversations with the AI assistant are excluded from analytics and from recordings entirely, as are the sign-in, invitation and password pages. Content you create in the platform is never collected as analytics data, although — like anything else on screen — it may appear in a session recording of a page you were viewing.

This data is used only to operate and improve Adweaver. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising. If you would like your analytics data deleted, contact us using the details in section 9 and we will remove it alongside your account data.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. Campaign data may be deleted upon request. Cached results (e.g., keyword research) expire automatically within 24 hours.
